Scary Stuff

Forbes.com: More than half of the time, test results revealing abnormalities in the aorta were not included in patients' electronic medical records within three months, new research has found.

Nearly a third of the time, still no record was found three years later.

I have some personal experience with this type of thing, so I've taken to using Google Health to help organize my records, and I'm considering using mediconnect.net (which conveniently syncs with Google Health).
