"Many moms have threatened, but this mom succeeded. Claudia Stallings, a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace who lives in Farragut, went on strike - a mom strike.
Her frustration with her sons, 15-year-old Garrison and 11-year-old Jonathan, began during spring break. "I witnessed my children doing absolutely nothing, and the house disintegrated around us," Stallings said. "After I had to clean up after them and wondered why I was doing the cleanup, I realized we had to make some changes and that precipitated the strike."
